| 제목 | High Gloss Thermoplastic Polyolefin(TPO) with Scratch Resistance |
| 초록 | Most of thermoplastic parts in vehicles were almost never exposed directly by itself due to the materials were used after painting. So, it has not been considerable that surface quality of the plastics. However, according to the price competitiveness and eco-friendly in the automotive industry, the materials with excellent surface property have to be developing for - elimination of painting process and so on. Especially, Anti-scratch characteristic of the resins became more important things in high gloss substances. The purpose of this study is to prepare the high gloss TPOwith scratch resistance by controlling contents from the base resin to functional additives. We investigated the surface properties of polyolefin with gloss meter, scratch tester, optical microscope, and colorimeter. |
