This work investigates about ultraviolet(UV) degradation and hydrogen sulfide gas pretreatment. It is influence on failure in biogas holder. The Biogas holder is composed of the outer membrane to the outdoor exposure and inner membrane to the gas exposure. The changes in the material structure and properties were analyzed by Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Optical-microscope, FTIR-spectroscopy, Universal material testing machine(UTM), color-difference, gloss and contract angle. The comparison of the A membrane and B membrane under xenon-arc, gas chamber gave results. The B membrane were very sensitive to the ultraviolet(UV). whereas the A membrane were very sensitive to the hydrogen sulfide gas. In the future A membrane of gas resistance is expected to be improved. The Outdoor exposure test is having a lot of difficulties in color-difference measurement because acid rain, dust such as stain resistance. |
