제목 | Development of Thermochromic non-dripping coating for greenhouse film |
초록 | Transparent polymer materials such as thermoplastic PO(polyolefin) play an essential role in our daily life. However, due to the unavoidable condensation of water vapor on solid surfaces, these materials undergo fogging under normal operating conditions. Specially, The hydrophobic surface of PO causes poor wettability and adhesion in practical applications. The condensed water on the film surface reduce the light transmission and due to gravity will often fall down inside the greenhouse resulting in physical damage to plants as well as increasing the risk of disease. But on the other hand, high transmittance film can easily heat up inside the greenhouse during the warmer months and boost temperatures which can be harmful for plants. Herein, we developed temperature responsive light-transmittance control non-dripping coating by using the core-shell emulsion coating and additives. |
