Preparation and Characterization of Biotin-PEG-LMWSC-MTX Polymeric Drugfor Targeted Drug Delivery |

The biotin-PEG-Chitosan were synthesized by coupling reaction of LMWSC-PEG and Biotin. The structure was prepared by ion-complex with Biotin-PEG-LMWSC and Methoxae(MTX) for Target Moiety polymer drug for Drug delivery system. The structure were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), 1H-NMR, and TEM(scanning electron microscopy). These findings suggest that the combination of targeted drug carrier for cancer therapy. |
