Effect of stabilizer MgO on the properties of Na+-beta-aluminas |
초록 |
Na+-beta-alumina is well known as an efficient sodium ionic conductor that can be used as the solid electrolyte of Na-based batteries. In this study, Na+-beta-aluminas were synthesized by solid state reaction according to MgO contents as stabilizer. Na+-beta-alumina specimens were synthesized by sodium concentration which molar ratio was [Na2O] : [Al2O3] = 1 : 5 and MgO contents were changed at 1.1 to 3.6 wt.%. Each fabricated specimen was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and ionic conductivity using impedance measurement. |
