제목 Surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)-based immunoassay using ATP-encapsulated liposomes with SiO2@Au@Ag nanoparticles
초록 In this study, we developed liposomes encapsulating adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and valuated their applicability for surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)- based system using Au-Ag alloy embedded silica nanoparticles (NPs; SiO2@Au@Ag). Liposomes containing ATP were fabricated by thin film hydration method. Through lysis of the liposomes, SiO2@Au@ag NPs’ SERS intensity is increased with the logarithm number in the rage of 8x10^6 to 8x10^10. The limit of detection (LOD) is calculated to 1.3x10^10 mol. This newly developed ATP-encapsulated liposomes with SiO2@Au@Ag has opened a new way for Raman labeling chemical (RLC)-encapsulated liposomes SERS-based immunoassays.
