The Studies on Development of Catalyst for Steam Reforming of Light Hydrocarbons |
초록 |
Steam reforming of light hydrocarbons (CH4, C3H8 and LPG) over noble metal modified Ni-based catalysts was characterized by N2 physisorption, CO chemsorption, XRD, TGA, TPR, SEM and TEM technologies. Hydrotalcite-like catalysts were prepareed by a co-precipitation method. Noble metal was loaded by a dipping method. The noble metal modified Ni-based hydrotalcite catalyst showed higher resistance for the sintering of active metal than Ni-based hydrotalcite catalyst. Therefore, the noble metal modified Ni-based catalyst showed high resistance to the formation of carbon compared to the Ni-based catalysts and maintained the activity at 800℃ upto 1024 h. The results suggest that noble metal modified Ni-based hydrotalcite-like catalyst can be applied for the steam reforming of light hydrocarbon. |
