제목 Synthesis of Semiconductior nanocrystals through continuous Talyor-Couette reactor
초록 Highly luminescent semiconductor nanocrystals suitable for various emerging applications including display, lighting, sensor, solar cell  have been widely pursued. Practical applications of the semiconductor  nanocrystals require industrial scale-up of synthesis process. Here, we introduce fluid dynamically controlled Taylor-Couette reactors (TCR) able to synthesize highly luminescent semiconductor nanocrystals continuously. Highly luminescent nanocrystals with narrow emission spectra were continuously synthesized with a fluid dynamically controlled reactor. Stable processing of continuous synthesis process was achieved after 20 minutes from the start of precursor injection and the fluctuation of photoluminescence spectra was less than 1nm in line width. Nanocrystals with high quantum yield exceeding 0.9 were successfully prapared with surface capping with molecular precursors.
