In this work, we have synthesized bissilylated organic fragment with diimine bridge. The successful synthesize of organosilane precursor was confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR and FT-IR spectroscopic analyses. The diimine bridged precursor was distributed in the framework of the periodic mesoporous organosilica materials via a surfactant-templated route by co-condenzation of an organosilane precursor and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), using triblock copolymer (Pluronic P123) as a structure directing agent. The mesoporosity and long-range order of the material was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction, N2 sorption isotherms and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The presence of organic precursor in the framework was further confirmed by FT-IR, 29Si and 13C CP MAS NMR spectroscopic analyses, and Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The functionalization represents a useful tool to fine-tune hybrid materials for a wide range of applications, including adsorption, catalyst and sensors. |
