제목 Synthesis and characterization of dicarbazolybenzene derivative containing tert-butyl moieties for blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) materials.
초록 A series of dicarbazolybenzene derivatives with tert-butyl substituents were synthesized and applied to blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitters. The blue TADF materials showed high triplet energy above 2.70 eV. When the synthesized compounds were used as emitting layers in OLED devices, structure of the device was fabricated as ITO/TAPC(20)/mCP(10)/DPEPO:TADF emitter(25:10%)/TSPO1(5)/TPBi(30)/LiF(1.5)/Al(200). The dicarbazolybenzene derivatied TADF emitter materials showed good device performances such as high quantum efficiency of 14.5-19.5 % and good color coordinates of (0.15, 0.11).
