| 제목 | Transport of PNP (p-Nitro phenol) through PDMS (Poly DiMethyl Siloxane) membrane |
| 초록 | Rapid and accurate analysis of phenolic compounds is important due to their environmental concerns. Various analytical methods with pre-concentration are prevailed. However, these methods require time consuming procedure as well as costly equipments. In this present work, a simple pre-concentration method using thin PDMS membrane was used. The various factors affecting the transport such as pH of feed, strength of stripping alkali solution, initial concentration and time of transport were studied with PNP as model compound. The membrane thickness and area affecting the transport were also studied by monitoring the PNP spectrophotometrically at 400nm. |
