제목 Preparation of Tasar Silk Sericin Microparticle by Electrospraying Method
초록 Tasar silk sericin is a natural polymer from non-mulberry silkworm. We had previously investigated that mulberry silk sericin had a potent as a drug carrier for oral administration. In this study, Tasar silk sericin microparticles were prepared by electrospraying. The Tasar silk sericin was dissolved in lithium chloride/dimethylsulfoxide (LiCl/DMSO) solvent. To optimize the proper dissolution condition, the solubility was investigated by LiCl concentration in the solvent. The optimum condition of electrospraying was found by changing the dope solution concentration, voltage, and flow rate. In conclusion, Tasar silk sericin micropaticles by electrospraying were prepared with the novel solvent system. These Tasar silk sericin microparticles can be applied to as a drug carrier.
