제목 | High performance and durable metal nanomesh films: a robust electrode platform for organic solar cells |
초록 | Highly flexible transparent conducting electrodes are especially desired for the development of next generation flexible optoelectronic devices. However, indium tin oxide (ITO) films are currently adopted in those industries, the issues of cost and flexibility drive to develop alternatives. There are several emerging materials that have shown promise for the replace-ment of ITO such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs), graphene, metal nanowires, and metal mesh electrodes. Among these materials, metal nanowires and mesh electrodes have been attracting increasing attention because of its effective combination of electrical and optical properties. However, the stability of the metal nanowires and mesh electrodes has not yet been reported. For this reason, a comparative analysis of the stability of TCEs with metal nanowires, and metal nanomesh, which are fabricated by using simple transfer printing, is performed. |
