제목 In vivo biodistribution and toxicity studies of orally administered QDs loaded LMWH-DOCA nanoparticles
초록 In this research, the QDs have been loaded into the Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) conjugated Deoxycholic acid (DOCA) micelles (LMWH-DOCA/LHD). QDs loaded LHD nanoparticles have been synthesized and characterized to observe the in vitro and in vivo fate. Here, we have compared the toxicity studies which were carried out to observe the toxic effects of Cd2+. Q-LHD nanoparticles have been shown less toxicity and comparatively safer for live cell and animal than water soluble QDs due to loading into LHD micelles. Furthermore, biochemical analysis has been done to find the toxicity of Q-LHD nanoparticles and finally histological analysis of liver and small intestinal parts were collected 45 days post oral administration. Both data shows no overt toxicity or apparent tissue/cellular damages in the mice.
