Investigation of Molecular Structure and Electrical Property of Conducting Block Copolymer by Scanning Tunneling Microscope |
초록 |
Molecular orientation of conducting polymer is one of important factors in attaining high charge carrier mobility and electrical conductivity. In this presentation, we would like to report the molecular orientation of conducting block copolymer with their electrical properties. Depending on the ratio between conducting and crystallization directing units in the block copolymer, the relationship between molecular orientation and electrical characteristics has been investigated. |
