제목 Microscopic analysis of Colloidal Micro-particle motion for fabrication of 2D arrays via Dragging Substrate.
초록 An scaleable technique for fabrication of 2D arrays on substrate is presented. The research was focused on the operational basis for controlled, continuous deposition of particles in wide area.We deposited monodisperse colloidal particle coating of PMMA by dragging one substrate. Monodispersed particle solutions were confined between two plates which were dragged to opposite directions. The phenomenon between two plates to form hexagonal arrays at air-liquid interface,solid-liquid is studied.Between two substrates, particles and flow of solution was defined by microscopy. And a correlation between concentration of polymer, dragging substrate was found important on substrate.The governing mechanism of colloidal particle deposition is convective and self assembly. These results demonstrate that concentration of polymer particles, dragging speed determine the structure of arrays on substrate.This approach opens the possibility of depositing 2D particle template for various applications
