In this study, polyurethane dispersion(PUD) was synthesized from polyol, diisocyanate, dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as the ionic center in the main chains, triethylamine (TEA) as the neutralization agent, and ethylene diamine(ED) as the chain extender. The polyol was used such as polypropylene glycol(PPG) and 1,2,5-hexanetriol(HT) as crosslinker. Diisocyanate was used such as isophron diisocyanate(IPDI). To synthesize cross-linking products, PUD was prepared base on different mole ratio of PPG and HT. We evaluated structure, particle size and thermal properties of PUD by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Particle size analysis (PSA) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
