제목 제올라이트 나노쉬트로부터 합성된 제올라이트 막
초록 Early approaches to prepare single zeolite nanosheet was the exfoliation of layered zeolites, followed by purification to remove non-exfoliated particles. Because of high cost and low yield, expensive uses of the top-down approach is hampered in the fields of membrane and catalysis. One way solving these problems is to develop a bottom -up approach yielding single zeolite nanosheet in one-pot synthesis. We recently achieved direct synthesis of MFI zeolite nanosheets via seeded growth by using bis-1,5(tripropyl ammonium) pentamethylene diiodide (dC5) as structure directing agent. The zeolite was used as a seed for zeolite membrane fabrication. Thin zeolite membrane with a b-oriented film configuration was produced, and it exhibited high permselectivity toward xylene isomer separation.
