제목 태양광 활용 물분해 수소제조를 위한 포피린-이산화티탄 가시광광촉매 개발 (Development of Tetra(4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin Sensitized TiO2 for Phocatalytic Water Splitting using Visible Light)
초록 Porphyrins are well known photosensitizer because of their strong absorption in visible region. Various porphyrins having different funtional group such as tetra-phenyl-porphyrin (TPP), tetra-4-hydroxyphenyl-porphyin (THPP), and tetra-4-carboxyphenyl-porphyin (TCPP) have been synthesized and anchored on TiO2 surface. Their anchoring properties and activities of porphyrin-TiO2 complexes for photocatalytic oxidation of organic compounds such as methyl orange (MO) and the production of molecular hydrogen via water splitting has been investigated. It was observed that TCPP showed the strong adsorption on TiO2 and the best phorocatalytic activity. In addition, metalloporphyrins such as Cu and Sn has been also synthesized and used as photosensitizer and catalyst for photocatalytic water splitting.
