Preparation and Swelling Propertiesof “Click” Hydrogel from Polyaspartamide Derivatives Using Different Crosslinking Agents |
초록 |
Copper-assistedazide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC)became a very interesting tool lately for synthesizing biocompatible polymer-based materials such as hydrogels or microgels under mild conditions. In this work, Modified polyaspartamideswith pendent alkyne (or azide) groups were synthesized by successful ring-opening reaction of the polysuccinimide (PSI) using'click' functional amine compound. The triarms-azido glycerol hydroxylate with different length of the arms and other simple diazide compounds were used as the crosslinker to prepare the “click” hydrogels. The obtained click hydrogels will have the different behaviors about the swelling ratio, mechanical properties, and morphology. |
