Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : poly(4-styrenesulfonic acid) (PEDOT:PSS) composites were synthesized by Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization, and were prepared high conducting films by bar coating methods on PET films. PSS as a polymeric surfactant was important materials for particle stabilization and film formations. The conductivity and transmittance of PEDOT:PSS composites were controlled by adjusting the ratio of PSS. After bar coating PET films, transmittance and optical properties were measured by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, respectively. For electrical property, PEDOT:PSS composites were coated the PET films with ratio of PSS and resulting PEDOT:PSS films were analysed by 4-point probe method. |
