In our study, we applied the electron implantation to property enhancement of the supercapacitor electrodes with highly-accelerated electron beams. We prepared and analyzed nanostructure reduced graphene oxide according to 1MeV, 7.9mA, 10m/min. We also measured by changing to 10, 50, 100, and 200kGy as exposure dose. Subsequently, we identified the superior properties for the improvement of supercapacitor electrode materials by the electrochemical characterizations of surface modification of graphene materials by electron beam utilization. Electrochemical activity of the samples was inspected by CV using a potentiostat / galvanostat by three-electrode cell measurements. Also, the remarkable properties of electron irradiated reduced graphene oxide were demonstrated by FE-SEM, and FT-IR. |
