Preparation and characterization of Pullulan-g-Poly(ε-caprolactone) for drug delivery system |
| 초록 |
To developed Pullulan based Anticancer agent carrier, Pullulan were chemically modified with hydrophobic group of Poly(ε-caprolactone). The physicochemical properties of the Pullulan-g-Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PULPCL) copolymer were investigated by using 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering, TEM and spectrofluorophotometer. PULPCL nanoparticles were prepared by dialysis method. Anticancer agent-loaded PULPCL (PULPCL-Aa) nanoparticles were investigated by 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering measurement. The PULPCL-Aa was investigated to pharmacentcal application as a Anticancer agent carrier. |
