제목 Synthesis of an efficient porphyrin-based conjugate for the generation of singlet oxygen
초록 Pullulan conjugates of 1(n=1) and 2(n=4) incorporating both folic acid and porphyrin have been successfully prepared in which the porphyrin moiety has a different number of carboxyl groups (n=1 and 4). Conjugates have been purified by dialysis membrane and GPC, and characterized by 1H-NMR, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, Dynamic Light scattering (DLS), and Scanning electron microscope (SEM). In H2O solution of 1mg/ml, conjugates 2 formed smaller and non-spherical assemblies in comparison with conjugate 1. By measuring of a decrease in fluorescence of 9,10-dimethly anthracene(DMA), conjugate 2 generated more singlet oxygen than conjugate 1, due to a relative larger hydrophilicity of 2.
