Synthesis of the nanocomposite of microporous nanoparticles and polyimide |
| 초록 |
We synthesized nanoparticles of 3D microporous molecular network by new organic sol-gel polymerization method. The nanoparticles dispersions were mixed with poly(amic acid)of PMDA/ODA in DMAc. Coating onto the glass plate followed by thermal curing gave nanocomposite film of the polyimide and the nanoparticles. The composites were characterized using FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The morphological characteristic of the nanocomposite was studied using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). |
