제목 | FormulationInterfacial Layer by Incorporating Conformal O-Species Functionalized GrapheneLayer for Efficient Charge Transport and Interfacial Properties |
초록 | Organic optoelectronicdevices (O-OED) have attracted a lot of attention due to its solution process. However,because of moisture vulnerability, the low stability of that is one of the mostfatal fatigue. Moreover, low mobility ofhole cause depressed device efficiency. Poly(3,4-ehtylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) as holetransport layer (HTL) has attracted as a solution due to its high holetransport performance. However, the acidic and hygroscopic properties of PEDOT:PSScause deteriorating the lifetime. Here, we introduce conformal O-species functionalizedgraphene layer for enhancing performance and tuning interfacial properties. Dueto outstanding carrier mobility of graphene, it can be expected to improvecharge transport efficiency of HTL. Furthermore, carrier can be extractedeffectively by O-species functional groups on graphene layer.
