제목 Polyanilines and Silver Nanoparticles-incorporated Multiwalled Carbon Nanotube Composites Prepared via Emulsion Polymerization
초록 Researchers have shown a great deal of interest in conducting polymers such as polyaniline because of their low cost and easy fabrication. Polyaniline is suitable for catalysts and redox super-capacitors. In this study, silver nanoparticles were incorporated into the a-MWCNT/PANI composites in order to increase the conductivity and thermal stability of the hybrid composites. A simple strategy was used to synthesize the hybrid nanocomposites consisting of the functionalized MWCNTs with polyaniline that was reinforced silver nanoparticles through emulsion polymerization at room temperature. (SDS) was used as the anionic surfactant and polyaniline was doped with (HCl) in order to obtain a good dispersion of CNTs in polyaniline and to improve the interface interaction between MWCNT and PANI. The four-point probe investigations revealed that the composite films exhibited a good conductivity. The structures and properties of the composites obtained were characterized using several tools.
