Studies ofthelamellar formation of PS-acrylated diblock copolymer thin films using depth profiling techniques and theoretical calculation |
초록 |
Phase separation behaviours of thin films of block copolymers have drawn much interest in the polymer science area. Especially, symmetric diblock copolymers have been known to exhibit a microphase separation pararelly to the interfaces, and lacking of observation methods limits the understanding of phase-behaviours and mechanism, in comparison to the bulk approaches. Using surface sensitive tools using surface scattering from focused beams (ions, x-ray and neutron), many new phase transtions are being currently discovered. In this talk, combining of theoretical approaches, we will present our recent experimental results on the phase microseparatoin of several polystyrene-acrylated copolymer systems, showing disorder-order transition (DOT) and order to order transition (OOT) in a molecular level. |
