제목 마이크로 써멀 사이클 시스템의 모델링과 제어
초록 We fabricated a micro-thermal cycle system that containing a silicon-based microreactor integrated with a platinum sensor/heater and other equipments/software related to automation such as data acquisition system, control program and graphic user interface. In control point of view, we analyze the dynamic thermal charateristics of the fabricated cycler and find some interesting dynamic features. On the basis of the features, we choose an appropriate model structure and estimate the adjustable parameters of the model using the prediction error identification method. A nonlinear control strategy linearzing the nonlinear dynamics of the thermal cycler is developed. We determine the parameters of the nonlinear controller using the optimal tuning method. The developed micro-thermal cycle system shows excellent model/control performances.
