제목 Thermal and pH-responsive transdermal drug delivery of PVA/PAAc/ PNIPAAm/MWCNT nanocomposite hydrogels
초록 Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc)/poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm)/multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposite hydrogels were prepared by radical polymerization. MWCNTs were employed to improve both electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of nanocomposite hydrogels. Various amounts of MWCNTs (0, 0.1, 0.5, 1 and 3 wt%) were added in the nanocomposite hydrogels. The morphologies of nanocomposite hydrogels were investigated by scanning electron microscope. Swelling and releasing properties of nanocomposite hydrogels were investigated in pH 10 buffer under electric voltages applied. Dual pH and thermal-responsive release behavior of nanocomposite hydrogels had a close relation with the distribution of MWCNTs in nanocomposite hydrogels.
