제목 A Study of Delocalized Heating by EMF of Conductive Thread
초록 Induction heating can provide fast and selective heating to the adhesive system. conductive thread also used to induction heating, but thread has small heating region and it can be occurred to adhesive failure with no curing. In this study, we study about the delocalized induction heating by a certain arranged the conductive stainless thread. This induction heating was tested accomplished under making various of loop type pattern on specimens. We adjusted the distance between conductive stainless threads to investigate the most suitable shaped loop for delocalized induction heating. The specimen made three types of distance, 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm. Induction heating conditions are the output of 50% heating equipment power and distance between the coil and specimen is 15mm. we observed that the smaller the gap in the pattern, the more uniformly heated. Loop type patterned thread without relying on coil shape, giving high efficiency in adhesive system.
