제목 Controlled Grain Boundariesof FASnI3 Absorbers by Antisolvent Engineering in Tin-Perovskite Photovoltaics​
초록 Tin-based perovskite isan alternative to lead-based perovskite which has low toxicity and a near-idealenergy bandgap. Generally, tin-based perovskite exhibits low efficiency due todeterioration of the active layer in ambient atmosphere. To make perovskitecrystal structure vertically for stable, we introduced phenethylammonium iodide(PEAI) in pristine FASnI3 precursor solution. Simultaneousley, to understandthe impact of the anti-solvents processing with uniform perovskite crystalformation, we comprehensively studied the effect of antisolvents on the filmproperties and charge transport behavior in device. We observe that toluene isthe most effective to control the film morphology of tin perovskite absorberfilm.​
