Very recently, perovskite solar cells (PeSCs) that are based on organometal halide has emerged as photovoltaic power sources because of high absorption coefficient, long exciton diffusion length, proper band gap, and excellent carrier transport. Moreover, interest in semi-transparent solar cells for the emerging transparent architectures such as windows and roof tops has been increased. In this study, we investigated top-electrode and interfacial layers for semi-transparent perovskite solar cells. Effect of kinds of top-electrode and interfacial layers on the performance and long-term stability will be discussed. |
