제목 Novel anthracene based fluorescent emitting materials using triplet-triplet annihilation for non-doped deep blue fluorescent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 Two fluorescent deep-blue emitting materials based on anthracene moiety with y color coordinate below (0.1) were synthesized to achieve high external quantum efficiency (EQE) using triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA). Additional carbazole moieties induced higher hole transport capability resulting in improved carrier balance in non-doped organic light emitting diode (OLED) devices. Two fluorescent emitting materials were synthesized with Suzuki coupling and Buchwald-Hartwig Cross Coupling reactions. Deep-blue fluorescent emitting materials exhibited color coordinate of (0.159, 0.095), (0.149, 0.077) achieving EQE of 3.4% and 4.7% in non-doped OLED devices
