제목 Fabrication of uniformly dispersed nickel-cobalt nanoalloy catalysts/graphene hybrid and improved activity of hydrogen evolution reaction
초록 Recently, there are many researches about non-precious metal-based catalysts for hydrogen evolution. The most promising materials are nickel and cobalt-based metals, and there are many trials for higher stability using carbon-based supports. However, most carbon-based nickel and cobalt catalysts have larger particle sizes and they are not uniform, so they have lower efficiency than expected.
In this research, we fabricated graphene-supported a few-nano sized uniform nickel-cobalt catalyst alloys. Morphology, particle size and elemental analysis were evaluated by TEM and EDS. Quantitative measurement of nickel, cobalt was evaluated by XPS, ICP-MS. Finally, Catalytic activity and durability of hydrogen evolution reaction were measured by electrochemical analysis like linear sweep voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry, etc.
