제목 Syntheses and Characterizations of Fluorescent water-soluble paclitaxel(PP7)
초록 A fluorescence susceptible water-soluble paclitaxel was synthesized by a condensation reaction of pegylated paclitaxel with pyrene butyric acid. We report the time-resolved fluorescence behavior of the newly synthesized PBA (pyrene butyric acid)-labeled water-soluble anti-cancer drug, PP7, in three different solvents, chloroform, acetonitrile, and water, which are not degassed. We studied the fluorescence lifetime in aqueous solution, the solvent polarity dependence of fluorescence lifetime and the steric hindrance effect on fluorescence lifetime.
