제목 | Organic thin film transistors using conducting oligomer fabricated by Inkjet printer |
초록 | Inkjet printer was used to fabricate three electrodes (gate, drain, and source) and active layers of thin film transistor (TFT) on commercial 3M inkjet films. In this work, PEDOT solution was formulated to use as a conducting ink to print electrodes, and the solution of conducting oligomer was used as a semiconducting ink without further formulation. Hole mobility, on/off ratio, threshold voltage, transconductance, and subthreshold swing of printed TFT will be reported. |
