Organic thin-film transistors from blending-process using rubrene with P3HT or F8T2 |
초록 |
Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) have received enormous interests as a low-cost and flexible alternative to amorphous silicon transistors for electronic applications of large-area circuits. Recently pentacene and rubrene have been fabricated with high field effect mobility through vaccum-evaporated method. But these use expensive equipment and this process is not simple. Poly(3-hexylthiophene)[P3HT] and Poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-bithiophene)[F8T2] have been announced as well aligned semiconductor materials showing high hole mobility performance than other soluble polymers. So we used rubrene blended with P3HT or F8T2 as a supporter, which give high crystalline order. |
