제목 Donor-acceptor polymers with a regioregularly incorporated thieno[3,4-b]thiophene segment as a ∏-bridge for polymer solar cells
초록 Organic solar cells (OSCs) have attracted much attention due to light weight, flexibility, and low fabrication cost. The bulk heterojunction (BHJ) OSCs, based on blends of p-type conjugated polymers and fullerene derivatives, have become one of the promising device structures. Thieno[3,4-b]thiophene (TT) is the one of the interesting materials due to interesting optical and electrical properties. We successfully synthesized a series of donor-acceptor (D-A) polymers containing thieno[3,4-b]thiophenes as a pi-bridege between the electron donor and acceptor segments. The thermal, optical, and electrochemical properties of the synthesized polymers were investigated by using TGA, UV-vis spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The device performances of BHJ OSCs with new p-type polymers and PCBM will be presented.
