제목 Reducing charge recombination of organolead halide perovskite solar cell for planar structure.
초록 Generally, the efficiency of perovskite hybrid solar cell is greatly dependent on the thickness of perovskite thin-film in the planar type solar cells because the diffusion length of MAPbI3 and MAPbI3-xClx is ~100nm and ~1000nm. So it is desirable to use such mixed halide perovskite in order to make reproducible solar cell. When the mixed halide perovksite is formed by simple spin-coating process, they make island morphology on TiO2/FTO substrate. Accordingly, significant charge recombination is occurred by the direct contact of hole-conductor and electron-conductor. It makes low fill factor inducing low efficiency of solar cells. We used insulating polymer in order to fill void of perovskite island layer which prevent these direct contact. So this insulating polymer layer reduce charge recombination.
