제목 | Synthesis and photovoltaic properties of copolymer containing quinacridone and fusedthiophene moiety in the polymers backbone. |
초록 | Solar cells based on conjugated polymeric materials have recently received considerable attention due to their low-cost solution fabrication process, light weight, large area and flexible panels. Generally, CT-type polymers are designed by incorporating donor and acceptor units, since they can absorb as much as solar energy by lowering bandgap. We synthesized copolymers using quinacridone and fusedthiophene derivative by Suzuki coupling reaction to increase fill factor(FF), short circuit current(Jsc). Quinacridone exhibit high length/diameter aspect ratio form nanowire or nanofibres. To render quinacridone molecules suitable for solution processing, we have modified the quinacridone core structure by incorporating alkyl chains unit. Thus, polymers were investigated physical, optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties. |
