| 제목 | Effect of AlF3 flux on the crystalline and luminescence properties of BaMgAl10O19:Eu2+ phosphor powders prepared by spray pyrolysis |
| 초록 | Fine-sized BaMgAl10O19:Eu2+ phosphor powders with regular morphology were prepared by flux-assisted spray pyrolysis. Aluminum fluoride flux, which is insoluble in water, was reacted with the precursor powders obtained by spray pyrolysis. The mean size of the BAM:Eu phosphor powders obtained from the optimum amount of aluminum fluoride flux was 1.1μm. The effects of aluminum fluoride flux on the morphological and optical properties of the BAM:Eu phosphor powders were investigated. |
