제목 Synthesis and application of new semiconducting copolymer for organic device using dithienopyrrole derivatives
초록 The optical and electronic properties of conjugated organic polymers have led to their use in a variety of applications including organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs). N-functionalized dithienopyrroles (DTPs) introduce rigidity to the backbone, resulting in increased planarity and longer conjugation length. So we have synthesized dithienopyrrole based copolymers via stille coupling reaction, applied to organic devices. Polymers were characterized by NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy, GPC, DSC and optical properties were studied by UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence. In this presentation, we will discuss properties of DTP based copolymers and applications.
