It is widely acknowledged that ascorbic acid plays a significant role in promoting cellular differentiation. Hence, we attempted to immobilized L-ascorbic acid within calcium phosphate. In order to maximize the biological functionalities of calcium phosphate-based biomaterials. The effect of vitamin immobilization on osteoblastic cells differentiation was analysed in terms of measurement on alkaline phosphate activities. |
