| 제목 | XPS Analysis on Chemical Properties of Calcium Phosphate Thin Films Prepared in the Presence of Bovine Serum Albumin |
| 초록 | Analysis on chemical properties of the surface is crucial. In this study, calcium phosphate prepared in the presence of bovine serum albumin(BSA) was formed on polystyrene substrate using Ca2+ and PO43- and BSA solutions. Through SEM and XPS observations, surface morphology and chemical state of the prepared sample were analyzed. Peak analysis on XPS spectrum demonstrated that C, O, Ca, P and N were the major elements constituting the CaP films prepared in the presence of BSA. |
