In vitro, evaluation on the biological functionalities of a porous polymeric scaffold modified by calcium phosphate |
| 초록 |
The aim of this study is to investigate the biological properties of a porous polymeric scaffold coated with calcium phosphate. The surface characteristics of hydrophobic and low osteoconductive materials like Polymethylmathacrylate is intended to improve by applying our Ca-P coating technique in order to enhance bone regeneration capability. Physico·chemical and biological properties of the synthetic scaffolds were characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), protein assay, cell adhsion and proliferation assays. |
