Fabrication of porous polypropylene(PP) scaffold coated with calcium phosphate for bone substitution |
| 초록 |
In this study, a porous polypropylene(PP) scaffold is prepared. The scaffold is manufactured by a solvent-casting and particulate-leaching method. Calcium phosphate coating developed in our laboratory for the improvement of biological functions was formed on the surface of PP scaffold. The characteristics of the scaffold were examined with SEM and FT-IR. The cellular responses were analyzed with adhesion and proliferation assays. The protein adsorption was also tested with protein assay. |
