제목 분산성과 접착성이 개선된 휴대폰 케이스용 인썰팅 PET 필름에 관한 연구
초록 The coating for a cellular-phone case has been performed by a painting. Toxic VOC and fine particles was generated from its process. The coating process by a inserting film can decrease various toxic dirties and production cost. The study on dispersive and adhesive properties is important to enhance the quality of a inserting film, In this paper, dispersive property is measured by zeta-potential and adhesive property is measured by a cross-cut method. The structure of inserting film has four layers, PET/하드코팅층/PET/PE. The inserting film, developed in the paper, has properties such as light transmittance of 89%, haze of 0.3 %, adhesion of 98%, and hadness of 2H.
