Noticeable magnitude at room temperature has made organic magnetoresistance attractive. However, the behavior at high temperature has been unknown. In this study, we measured the magnetoresistance at high temperature and observed annealed effect in the organic light-emitting diode based on tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato)aluminum. The magnitude and exponent of magnetoresistance showing the power law behavior decrease and finally disappear. After cooled, the exponent increased and the power law behavior disappeared at 380 K was recovered but not at 470 K. Therefore, those results support that the magnetoresistance is the effect on the hopping transport. |
