제목 염산 용액 중에서 ZnS를 환원제로 한 망간단괴의 침출특성
초록 The reduction leaching of manganese nodules was carried out by using zincsulfide in dilute HCl solution. The leaching characteristics of Mn, Co, Ni and Cufrom manganese nodules depend on the leachant temperature and initial HClconcentration. A temperature around 70℃ is suitable for the present reductionleaching and the extraction rate increased with increase initial HCl concentration.More than 97% of Mn, 92% of Co and 88% of Ni are easily to be extracted. Thedissolution of Mn, Co, Ni and Cu depends upon the amount of added zinc sulfide.The ratio of liquid and solid is also important factor on the extraction ofmanganese nodules. According to the increase of L/S ratio, the extraction rateincreased. Finally, the extraction rate is little dependent upon stirring speed.
